Un antico scuro fa da supporto a questa splendida opera di artigianato artistico, gli elementi sono tutti vecchi o antichi e il loro originale utilizzo intende dare una nuova vita artistica agli oggetti, rendendoli evocativi e simbolici.
Leggeri toni di doratura e acrilico donano all’opera aspetto e valore pittorici, come se anche la serratura, le rondelle, i pezzi di legno e le altri forme metalliche fossero uscite da un tubetto di colore.
Come tutte le opere Vecchiemaniere, “Angolo di Terra” nasce con l’intento di suscitare in chi l’osserva un immediato richiamo al mondo rappresentato, dando un’immagine realistica e soprattutto immediata di quel mondo, in questo caso della genuinità, della semplicità, ma anche della fatica della vita contadina.

An antique shutter acts as the frame, the components are all old or antique and all is arranged to give objects a new artistic life, evocative and symbolic.

Golden and acrylic light tones define the work as if it was a painting as if even the locks, the washers, the pieces of wood and the metallic elements came out from a tube.
Like all “Vecchiemaniere” hand-crafted works, “Spot of Land”  would like people who observes it to suddenly live the depicted scene, by giving an immediate and realistic impression of the unaffected calm, simplicity but also hard labour of the country life.
